The Kuggen
The Kuggen was designed by Swedish architect Gert Wingardh in 2011. The exterior is composed of six shades of red and two shades of green. The windows are triangular, allowing sunlight to follow the ceiling deep into the building while staying at a low ratio (30%) of the elevation surface. Due to this design, the energy consumption of the structure is well below what would be considered a "green" building.

I constructed these layouts to reflect some of the most interesting aspects of this building, my favorite being the second spread, which has a muted background of triangles and rectangles layered behind the description.
The first spread features my favorite quite by Wingardh, along with a portrait. The third spread features the floor plan of the Kuggen in its planning stages.
